Vestal Elks Lodge #2508 building with American flag and greenery.

Since its charter, Vestal Elks Lodge #2508 has been the kind of place where you walk in a stranger and leave with a handshake and a standing invitation to come back. Situated on Vestal Parkway West, the lodge draws members from across the Broome County area who share a commitment to community service, veterans support, and the simple pleasure of good company.

The lodge runs more than just meetings. The annual car show has become a genuine local tradition, drawing classic iron from across the region. Visitors rolling in with a '71 Cutlass, a restored pickup, or a pristine muscle car find a crowd that genuinely appreciates the work. Beyond the show field, the property even accommodates traveling RVers with a 50-amp hookup, making it a welcome stop for members passing through on the road.

Rated 4.7 out of 5 by 75 reviewers, the lodge earns its reputation through engaged members who go out of their way to help. That spirit of helpfulness is not incidental. It is the whole point of the Elks.

What We Offer

The lodge offers a full bar and lounge where members and guests can unwind after a long week. Event space is available for private gatherings, banquets, and community functions, and the lodge calendar stays busy with Elks-sponsored events throughout the year.

For traveling members of the B.P.O.E., the RV hookup on the property provides a rare and convenient overnight option. The annual car show each summer is free to enter and draws spectators and entrants alike, a perfect afternoon for automotive enthusiasts of any age.

Membership in the lodge connects you to a national network of Elks lodges across the country, local scholarship programs, and ongoing veterans outreach initiatives. Whether you are a lifelong Elk or exploring membership for the first time, the doors at 2071 Vestal Pkwy W are open.

"I personally would never book an event with them again due to the fact!! The staff was unprofessional due to a miscommunication in regards to a scheduling error that we did not know about until we arrived, however, we seem to suffer the consequences of this! The rudeness of the bartender and her shortness and lack of professionalism left everybody questioning what was wrong!! It’s unfortunate that we went there to celebrate A very special event ! but left feeling as if we did something wrong!! The rudeness and the complete unprofessional of this bartender should not be tolerated by anyone! not to mention not having sufficient food for everybody for the number who had attended, we gave them the counter 48 and we ended up for 55 but we ran short And we were treated as if we were asking for a miracle!!! No one should have to feel as though The planning of the celebration was a complete mishap!!! We never understood the communication error nor was it never explained! Thank God, it all ended beautifully with just a little bit of awkwardness!"

"BPO of Elks. Great and friendly place. Open early and stay late. Two bartenders per day. All lodges should aspire to have this level of commitment to their membership and all traveling Elks. Thank you for always making me feel welcome."

"Well, where to start, everything was set up well for an engagement party but the bartender was rude and pissed off about being there, oh it gets better, when they are ready to do a toast for the newly engaged they didn’t know the count of how many people were there, although we turned around and counted out how many they were still short. Then the dinner, 1st off they were an out of meatballs, then plates, then forks, I literally had to grab the fork out of the salad bowl to have one. Then the guy who was in the kitchen complained there was too many people ,overall I would not plan a party at this location in the future bc of the lackluster performance of the place as a whole"
